Dots and charm killing

I've been doing this with both my druid and my enchanter on red. I'm guessing it has something to do with the dot/FD code. Steps to reproduce: Charm two mobs, have them fight to where they are both running, break charm, dot, kill them and no xp

Also I suspect this only works with dots that have no initial damage component
