For anyone interested, here's what Oowomp dropped for me over the last few days:
89 kills
71x vendor trash (80%)... anything from a just few gold coins to wine / ale and about 12 or 14 pieces of rawhide gear and 12 or 14 fine steel weapons.
8x bone armplates (9% drop rate!?!)
3x chipped bone collar
2x chipped bone bracelet
1x giant snakespine belt
1x turtleshell helm
1x bone legplates
1x sheer bone mask
1x batskull earring
Fortunately I was getting XP from him and the 6 min respawn time was good.
I had better luck with drops from the shammies in WK, who seem to have a similar loot table, and they were several levels lower. Longer spawn time though, I think it was 20 min. Maybe it was all RNG related but I did get a batskull earring and the sheer bone mask with only about 20 kills total. I never killed Chief Goonda as he was red to me when I was there.
