Miscellaneous: golem metal wand

hello ran by this wand awhile ago and it slipped my mind, but now I have seen it again. I was just wondering if we could have it reverted back to its classic state?.. proof.

# Added a 3 second casting time on Egg Shaped Pumice.
# Added a 4 second casting time to Oil of Fennin Ro.

So as it stands the nerf to this wand and the egg shaped pumice didn't happen until luclin.
