Solo Thaumaturgist in Befallen

What level does a Necro need to be to solo this?
I'm at 20, but don't really know Befallen that well...

Suggestions?

id just zone in and see if anyone else is down there. soloing in an unfamiliar dungeon that requires keys once you get lower (IE Najena, Befallen, ect) is just asking for a corpse run.

Sounds like I would need two keys to get to mob who drops dagger.

Are there typically groups in Befallen?
