chat font size went super tiny

I recently tried to up my chat font size with using /chatfont size 5 and it just shot it down to barely readable, no matter what reso I set it to. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

I've tried these things so far...
reloading UI, switching UIs, relogging, etc etc. I can't find any way to alter the font size at all now.

I believe you can alter your font size in the options menu on the main tab: alt+O.
