If not, what are two good twink 1h slash weapons to use until I can begin the epic?

Not for a level 1. Lammy, Jade Mace, Lupine Dagger all good choices for mainhand. offhand can go wurmy (til nerf) or silken whip of ensnaring. Once you hit 30 get a woodsman staff til you get epics(you wont get epics til your in of the top 3 guilds)

Yes, it would be possible to MQ Earthcaller and Swiftwind at level 1.

The most difficult part besides getting the Innorruuk and VS piece is doing the Foraging.
