Frequent Disconnects

I have been on p99 for about 3 days now. First few days were great. I'm level 11 already. But around level 9, yesterday, occasionally spells started to take several seconds to process to cast. My tells take 30 seconds to a minute to go through. And auto attack fails. This all leads to an inevitable disconnect. What strikes me as odd is nothing else in the world lags. No other players, no say messages, no ooc chat.

P.S. clicking on a link takes 45 sec to a minute for the window to pop up.

Now I cannot connect to the server because my IP has been temporarily blocked?

That's a message we all get after trying to log in before our character has been signed out I think.

Do you disconnect suddenly? Or does your connection meter (F11 to toggle it on/off) slowly count down from 100% to 0%?
