Titanium Installation Help

Hi All! I was able to successfully download EQ Titanium from bit-torrent, but I'm not sure how to open any of the files to install it... I've read the instructions on not patching etc, but anyone have any idea how I can open the files?

Winzip doesn't seem to work on the zipped files, and the only only extensions seem to be ccd and sub files...

Any help is appreciated! I got a degree in I/T Netowrking about 11 years ago, so ima noob all over again, when it comes to this stuff...
