you can just have the person put in the idol then hand in the sash/headband, you can MQ pipes if you have RoTLC and you can MQ targin peice. I remember camping raster for weeks on my live monk trying to buy it

No part of the Robe of the Lost Circle quest is MQable, only the robe itself is. If you try to MQ Raster's idol all of your stuff will be destroyed. Don't do it.

Edit: Targin piece is also NOT MQable.
