failed to get training points
I did a quest on red99 on a new level one character that took me from level 1 to level 4.
I then went to the trainer and noticed I only had 10 training points total. I tried logging out and in and still only had 10 training points. | ||

It's because you skipped two levels, and the game probably adds training points once you reach a level for the first time. Since you never reached levels 2 and 3, you'll never get training points for those levels.
