![]() Is there a con limit to mobs that can raise your defense by hitting you? Or can I just gather a bunch of level 1's and go afk?
Anyone have advice on how to best train defense on a Shaman (and what the cap is based on level?) | ||

![]() I believe the mob has to be light blue or above. Also, the higher your agility, the quicker the rate at which you learn defensive skills. Make sure you have your best Agility buff on and go tank stuff, that's the only way aside from using training points.

![]() I'm pretty sure at least on live they had to be light blue at minimum. Maybe that's not the rule here.

![]() it had to be a mob you gained experience from. that includes those greens that are high enough to give experience still
