When did hybrid disciplines come out?

I seem to recall them coming out 1-2 months prior to Velious release, however I could be wrong and they may have come out with Velious itself.

The patch notes from the emergency patch the day after Velious came out upgraded the disciplines, but that's the only reference to them I can find. Anyone recall?
