Game Mechanics: Crashing at the Commons Nek zoneline?

I could see if I can duplicate this problem if you like but I just crashed heading into Nek from the commons, and then again on my way back from Nek into the commons. I seem to recall doing this before though not 100% of the time. Perhaps this is just my 51 charisma taking effect but thought I would mention it.
