Spells: Can't cast any spells

No matter what my mana is or what spell it is I can not cast. When I cast it says Spell has been interrupted and then I don't have enough mana. If I have like 50% mana and I cast a 10mana spell I go all the way to 0%. I have tried zoning, loging, restarting computer. I have made a lvl 1 mage and I can cast just fine. Any ideas?
