NPC Spawn Issue: Rancorous Ghasts

Can't conclusively prove that its broken, but after murdering dozens of placeholders at the correct times I've yet to see a single Rancorous Ghast spawn in Lesser Faydark.

I can confirm I have not seen them. The are supposed to spawn in place of other undead at night.

yes, i've killed them and gotten the loots from them. it just takes a good long while.
