Game Mechanics: Karnor's castle not flagged as a raid zone?

There was people I couldnt kill in Karnor castle on the red server.

Working as intended? are sebilis and chardok raid zones too?

was KC consider a raid zone? I can see seb and maybe chardok being that way but not KC.

KC has VS in it so it should be considered a raid zone. Chardok has royals so I could see it being ffa also. I'd say the same about sebilis because of Trakanon and Skyfire because of Talendor.

I don't think EJ, DL or TD should be "raid zones" because lower levels may exp there, so it would increase griefing to make them FFA.
