You need to go to this forum and create a new petition with the prefix "IP Exemption".

Follow these rules:

IP Exemption: This is for requesting to be exempt from the limit of 1 connection per IP Address. You may request exemption if you have more than 1 real person playing from the same IP. When posting for this, please include the account names of every person that will be playing from the same IP.

And wait a couple weeks. Check your post, but no need to bump. They are taken in the order received.

Yes, you need to post Login NAMES ONLY, NOT PASSWORDS. Only took about 3~4 days for mine.

Mine went like this:

Hey, my brother and I are looking to play at the same local for most of our run on the server, either his place or mine.

My Username: blaaaaaaaaaahhhhhkittymeow
His Username: blaaaaahhhhhhhkittymeow2meowface

My character: whoeverface
His character: meowmeowkittymeow
