Spells: Fix the lvl 4 necromancer Fear spell plz !

I just rolled a necro on this server and I have tried fearing snakes, rats, spiders, skeletons so on so forth, it doesn't say resisted the spell it says they are very afraid..... but they run straight at me and don't run away one bit. Right now it's more of an aggro spell. I did an ingame petition and a gm told me to post here after seeing I was correct and not just being resisted. My name is Senix of course in game if you have any questions for me.

I think its the problem that the mobs get feared but it immediately wears off afterwards. Since we're not seeing the "your spell has worn off messages" its not kicking anything back to you, the caster.

Fear seems to work fine for me.
