Default Lockpick skill messed up

I was 210 lockpick before patch (214 with mecho picks). I am 200 after patch and the numbers are in red as well. Have been lockpicking door in CoM for last half hour hoping to get skill back up to 210 etc, but no skill-ups.

I think 200 is suppose to be the intended cap. Kanras can correct me if I'm wrong.

Sounds right if you're somewhere between 40 and 50. 60 rogue can get to 210.

Aww. I miss castersrealm. Was my go-to site back in the day.

58 rogue here, lockpicking is red at 208 right now and was quite a bit over 210 before patch.
