FV a drolvarg scavanger

drolvart scavanger arn't spawning they are needed for iksar shackle quest they drop the scarlet stone

But you have to be quick when He spawns some halfling dude tried to kill it.

ive slain like 10-20 scavengers and still no scarlet stone. w t f ?? i've cleared this camp so many times that even at point i had 3 scavengers spawn. up this please
