Suddenly started crashing when trading (PC or NPC)

Someone asked me for a drop, when I opened the trade window my game crashed me back to the login screen. later on, I attempted to do some quest turnins, when I opened the trade window with the NPC I crashed to login screen again. I'm currently unable to trade with npcs or pcs. I can still sell/bank, and I have traded with NPC's / PC's in the past. I haven't had any other crashing issues as of yet.

update: I can log onto an alt and trade with npc's just fine. Therefore, I tried deleting my character files for the character experiencing the problem. Didn't work.

update2: I did an uninstall and a fresh install of the game. I am still having the same trouble with that character crashing whenever I initiate a trade. My other characters can still trade just fine. I'm starting to believe it may be something server side about that character, but I'm no expert at these things.
