Game Mechanics: Floating in Mid-Air

So, there I was, at the end of the dock in Qeynos, waiting for the boat. I felt my gather shadows wearing off. Now, being an iksar, this was a problem. So I jumped off the end of the dock....and found myself floating in mid-air. I recast my shadows, and went back to the dock. I still found myself bobbing gently up and down as if I had a lev. This ain't right. I saw something similar happen to me once at Wisp Isle in Erud's crossing. I went to the boat to the dock and then to the island, and I had the effect of levitation even though I wasn't leved.

Seems to be a bit of a bug to do with the boats. I've had that happen in freeport.
