Pelshia Thuxpire at the rogue guild in Qeynos stocks Darkened Star Rose Quartzes and Electrum bars, however she is only supposed to stock general goods. These jewelcraft materials are available at a future date from Corfia Nultethen in Firiona Vie. Combining them on Live produces a Nocturnal Mask of Acuity, which is used in the warrior epic 1.5, however the recipe does not work on P99.
