![]() My game keeps crashing after the character select screen, but I don't get any error. I have already tried a dual core fix, making sure my port is correct, and a windows firewall issue. Any suggestions?
Edit: Also tried running in XP mode

![]() I see that you've been registered since 10/11, is this a fresh install or a new problem with a previous installation?

![]() It has been working for a while, and its a problem with the previous installation.

![]() Generally it's a resolution problem; make sure that your in-game matches that of your desktop.

![]() most issues like this can be resolved by simply tracing your steps back and uninstalling that last program or reverting that last setting you adjusted.
perfect example example: I was running EQMac just fine and dandy and then it started crashing when I'd try to launch it. Turns out I forgot I had Wineq2 running in admin mode, turned it off and problem solved. I know you're issue is not the same as mine was but the method will get you through.

![]() Thing is, I didn't change anything from when it was working to now. However, it has decided to work today. No idea why. Hopefully it just stays this way.
Thanks for the suggestions everyone.

![]() After constant problems and login errors, what worked for me is to not overclock the CPU. I overclocked the cpu and EQ stopped working, i can get to login screen, then server select, then the game would crash back to login.
Hope this helped others, screwed me for weeks.
