Iksar Nec spell faction question

Can an Iksar Necro buy their spells in EFP tunnels with no faction work? Or only in Cabilis?

You can get all your spells, well most in freeport.

You can walk freely around in Grobb, pay a newbie some plat to pick up your spells at the sk guild that aren't sold in freeport.

Sorry to bump a old thread... I'm a iksar necro and the necro guild in EFP wont sell to me, only the trainer will talk.
Am I missing something?

Ok I have an iksar necro also, no the spell merchants wont sell to you they are on dismal rage faction, if you want to buy spells in FP heres what I did. I made a level 1 human necro and parked it by the spell vendors in the tunnel then I brought my iksar with and empty bag and some gems. I drop the bag with the gems just as I log out then log right back in with human, I sell the gems buy the spells I need then drop the bag with the spells just as I log out , log back in with iksar and now I have the spells I need.

If you want to have access to freeport, kill about 1000 orcs then hand in around 100DF belts to the captain while in wolf form, you only need about 50 for the guards but you need 50 more to be non kos with the rogues, then do the whiskers quest (from the rogue trainer). You'll be able to buy/sell to merchants and bank in freeport. Just avoid the bards guild, warrior guild, casters guild and the monks guild if you did not kill enough orcs it takes more orcs for the monks to like you then knights of truth,
