Miscellaneous: Log in and stuck

This has happened more than once before where i log out close to a wall and i log in and I am stuck. It was happened in Freeport before (i dont remember the loc) and it has happened just now in Crushbone at -569,143,4.50.

both time that this has happened i noticed that it has me off the ground. I can turn, sit, FD... basically do everything but move forward. /rewind does not work and last time this happened, i was stuck there until someone came by and killed me in a duel.
