HQ Lion Skin for Fleeting Quiver?

Can anyone confirm that HQ Lion Skin dropping is existing in game?
It should be a drop from Highland Lion in NK, killed tons but never seen.

haven't seen one drop but didn't farm THAT long, only 108-115 tailoring from hq pelts
