Default Gynok Moltor/PH

This spawn after a minute or two of being popped in classic would path to the entrance then all the way down to the smoked glass door area (not down the stairs just where the mummy or zombie is) then path back.

Yes, this makes lives for noobs miserable if it is him that is popped but it is classic.

Confirmed. In classic, Gynok pathed both to the IZ and to the 3rd floor.

This can happen if it needs to. So he opened the locked doors on his way down..or.. ?

It needs to yeah as much as we may not like it. I think he just passed through the door without opening it. Stopped at the zombie or mummy at the top of the stairs in smoked door room to third floor, then went back.

Spawned, waited 1 min, walked to entrance turned walked to zombie/mummy, waited a min, walked back to spawn point, wait a min, to entrance, etc etc etc

Not only does Gynok roam, but his placeholder does as well.

I don't believe npc's ever open locked doors. To my recollection they always just 'warp' through them to get where they need to go.

Oh they most definitely did. That's why that was changed later on. I recall something about.. targeting npcs through locked doors with f8, then sending a pet through it.. backing off the pet, and having it open the door for my group [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Not saying thats the way it should be, or if we can even do that... but I'll try and fix up Gynok/ph so he warps through the door.

Sorry to all the noobs out there who thought the pit floor 2 was a safe spot. He walks all the way down the curved ramp which means it won't be safe anymore. Unless perma camped upstairs.

Working on the pathing now.

So gynok/ph should spawn downstairs and path to the entrance? Not spawn upstairs near entrance and path down?

Ok pathing made, and he warps through the locked door instead of opening it.

Just need to know if he spawns at entrance, or by 3rd floor door. (I thought it was entrance)

No he should spawn where he currently does both him and ph. Then walk a few steps to entrance, turn and walk to that zombie/mummy spot by third floor door top of stairs, wait then walk back to spawn point. Waits there again then walks to entrance and turns to ........
