IFS vs FBSS

Lets say you have 10kpp, would you go for FBSS and Wu's (23/28) or IFS and no FBSS.

FBSS and Wu's. IFS is way to slow to use without haste. A few miss's in a row and your DPS is gone.

Wu's Quivering staff is so underrated. Its a very very good weapon.

now i find myself in a position where i have a FBSS, and 10k, should i get a IFS or a jade mace an AC? note that i am lvl 18
