Quest Issue: The Emissary

I just completed this quest today and noticed 2 things:

1) Slayer Captain is almost always up, and has dropped the necklace needed 4 times out of 4. According to the comments on that page he should be a fairly rare spawn with "Troll Slayer" as his PH.

2) Emissary Glib spawns and paths correctly, but he doesn't depsawn when he reaches Feerrott zoneline, he just stays up and paths back and forth across the zone. According to the quest he should despawn as soon as he reaches Feerrott ZL.

-Slayer captain will be more rare and share a spawngroup with the troll slayer
-Emissary Glib will despawn properly
