Had that happen with Cabilis guard in LOIO:

Zoned into LOIO, conned guard, was warmly

Then i ran past him and get aggro, so i wonder, con him again and he is threatingly.

Didnt cast or do anything inbetween, just ran past

Look at Trooper Didul's con changing for no reason

You Aggro'd Crusader Swype, who's KoS to you. He didn't hit you first because he was busy casting that lifetap that hit you.
Trooper Didul's con changed because he assisted Swype.
