How the Harrison not banned?

I can't find one post by this guy that is worth reading or makes any sort of positive contribution to this community. In fact what I do see is that his presence clutters the forum not only with his own drivel but with a horde of people following him around tossing their dirty rags onto his pile of garbage.

Just do the world a favor ban him, let him commit suicide out of boredom and let everyone else move on.

I dont see the point in being cruel to someone who has obvious mental health issues... which is why he should get banned and forget about these forums.
