Miscellaneous: Cannot Dye Fine Plate Helm

I got the 'cannot combine in this container' message when attempting to dye a fine plate helm black. All the other visible pieces dyed just fine, only the hat refused to get with the program. (To verify that I wasn't just derping the recipe I replaced the helm with arms in the forge leaving the other ingredients as they were, combine worked fine for the arms.)

[Edit] Should add that dark blue helm combine worked fine (except blue color seems off), so far only the black helm combine has been rejected

There were about two dozen or so of the dye combines that were wrong due to incorrect components being listed on eqtraders. Fixed the ones that I saw, pending update.
