big lag problem

Hi all I have a real lag problem.

I can log in without problems. I can stand in that place and cast spells on me and others without a problem.

But

when I move around .. stop moving .. cast a spell I have lag. It seems to me the more/longer I move the bigger is the lag. I start a cast and around 30 or 40 or 50 .... seconds later the spell will effect .. Same is with tells.

when I then stand still for some times .. lag is gone.


rinse and repeat

10 meters running .. 1.5 seconds lag / 50 meters ... 3.5 seconds ...

any ideas?
