Eurozone ministers back 130bn-euro bailout for Greece


Under the deal hammered out in Brussels

• Greece will undertake to reduce its debt to 120.5% of GDP by 2020
• Private holders of Greek debt will take losses of 53.5% on the value of their bonds, with the real loss as much as 70%
  
• Greece's economic management will be subjected to permanent monitoring by eurozone experts on the ground
  
• Greece will amend its constitution to give priority to debt repayments over the funding of government services
  
• Greece will set up a special account, managed separately from its main budget, that must always contain enough money to service its debts for the coming three months

Well if the private bond holders hold out they can nix the PSI, force a hard default and there would be no Greece deal. So he could be right, but only because reality finally set in and they stopped throwing money at an insolvent nation.

They didn't rewrite the constitution.. your government decided to rewrite it in order to get bailed out.


They could have chosen to hold their heads high and go bankrupt but hey.. the greek people don't need jobs anyways amirite?

everything is fine slaves, nothing to worry about when a european state already on the verge of coup by a nationalist military junta has its constitution openly traded for foreign favors by the ruling oligarchs. Who could possibly foresee any potential conflicts arising from foreign intrusion into local economies? ww2 was an anomaly; could not happen again; because world govt is fair and tv say everything is *OK*
