dru/rng swarm line is overwriting sk/nec darkness line.

today on red99, the druid's Stinging Swarm was overwriting the sk's Clinging Darkness on mobs 100% of the time. unable to test other spells in the lines, and haven't tested it on players, though i imagine a GM can do it easily enough.
