Default Low Priority Noob Log Nek Forest Fine Tuning

The noob log area looks much better. There are still tree snakes that path through there that never did before. If they could be replaced with more skellies and spiderlings that would be great. And bump the rate on which skellies have rusty weaps.

The derv thugs are in place that's awesome.

One last thing is the spawn point at death is still across the bridge close to EC. The original default spawn point was on the hillside close to the noob log. Noobs are scared to run back past shadow wolves and higher level bears and skelletons.

Should look even better next patch.

No idea why this doesn't work.. I believe 3 of us have tried to fix it.

I suppose even if you could make the start point Neriak FQ it be safer than where it is now. If that's possible.
