![]() Ya this was definitely a rumour. It does affect lull, lowering the chance of gaining aggro on a resist, as well as help with charm resists. I did do some extensive research and its still very much 50/50 on whether it affects mez or not. A very well put together and researched article was online that did some testing on cha and mez, and they found that mez was resisted slightly less with a cha above 200 (compared to a cha below 100) so the effect of cha on mez seems to be pretty marginal.
