Quest Issue: Crafted re-size quest.

I went to Timtok in WC to hand in some crafted to re-size it and he ate the item. He responded to my Hails and gave me the quest and also responded to my quest replies. Was a wood elf warrior of tunare. Maybe you have to have higher faction but then why would they give me the quest?

Were you trying to resize a small piece back to normal? It only works one way: Normal -> Small.
