I have some odd assed router questions!

I'm getting 50 volts off of the ethernet connections from my Netgear WNDR3700 router that is causing me to have a lot of FEC's. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix things? What could be causing this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as this seems to be causing some nasty lag issues on my end.
