NPC Spawn Issue: Shardwing/Petrifin/Morti/Grazhak/Quid

The loot has been and is currently reversed on every single rare spawn in Rathe Mountains: Morti's rare should be the vest, not the staff; Grazhak's rare should be the axe of the slayers, not the mith-plated girth; Petrifin's rare drop should be the eye of petrifin and not the granite bracer; Quid's rare should be the Man-O-War, not the hair hood. In addition to the below proof, I also have personal experience from camping these mobs back in '99/'00.

Currently, this is all reversed on both blue and red P99.

Shardwing:

Shardwing in Rathe Mountains is suppose to drop the arrow AND cloak every single time. I've been killing him tons on P99 and a few times on P99 red and he drops arrow about 80% of the time only. I wish I would have found this proof a long time ago. I knew yall had something wrong with him. Here is proof. Please read all comments. Every single comment posted states he drops the arrow AND the cloak for them.

When reading the posts on the link below I counted 11 comments of someone killing him and getting the girth vs 3 comments of someone killing him and getting the axe.

GRAZHAK PROOF - SEE COMMENTS

"I've killed him about 5 or 6 times, all hoods and 1 man-o-war. Maybe good pre-kunark, but worthless now." You can almost instantly see that the Man-O-War is by far the rare drop by reading the comments on the below link.

QUID RILESTONE PROOF

"But he does drop more than just the staff, he also drops a Sythrakk Hide Vest. AC, STA, STR and something else, Monk only. But it is his rare drop, I believe."

If you read the comments you will see that there are 10 reports of the staff dropping and 3 reports of the vest dropping. There is one comment where a guy just says "the staff is the rare, the vest is the common" however you can conclude that the vest is the rare and the staff is the common by every other comment posted on this page:

This one is little more tricky, mostly because the eye of petrifin must have been designed for some quest that never got implemented so it just didn't get a lot of talk. However, if you read all the comments on the link below you will discover that 10 comments report him dropping the bracer vs 4 comments reporting him dropping the eye. Here's the link:
