Rain Caller quest Q
Wondering if anyone can confirm/deny that is quest is doable ONLY by the Ranger class!? Or can any good aligned race complete it? I know the bow itself is NOT no drop and is sold now and then in ec.

I have not done the quest on P99 but I have done the quest with my gnome enchanter on the Test server (which then I gave the bow to my Ranger) so I am inclined to believe that yes, any class can do the turn ins and make their Trueshot into a Raincaller

Not tested with THIS quest, but I have yet to find any quest on p99 that's limited by race or class. Assuming you can talk to the relevant NPCs and hand them the items, everything seems to work.
Kinda want the Mane Attraction for my bard too, so it'll come in handy. | ||
