Game Mechanics: Necro dots still not showing up in pvp

Kind of sad that shit like this is going on. I dont know what spells because..... I cant see them. Do i need to use way back machine to prove that necro dots showed an icon in pvp to get some action going on

Same with Vampiric Embrace. Icon only shows after you zone.
