Circlet of Shadow: cast time
I've been meaning to report this ever since I got my CoS - kept forgetting:
The original, pre-nerf Circlet of Shadow on EQ live had a cast time of 0.1s. It was not instant like it is implemented on p1999. This was too short to actually show a casting bar on the client, but long enough to notice a delay. And could sometimes get you aggro. Rarely. I am not sure if this would cause any implementation issues here on p1999 that would make it much weaker than it was on EQ live, but if such concerns are not an issue, I would suggest slightly nerfing it to 0.1s cast time. You could stand in the middle of KoS and click all you wanted and not get agro on live, you could FD and stand-invs and not get invs barring they dont see invs/undead
This was discussed at the begining of kunark here- and with the "proper" cast time, it was not working as it did on live- so they took the cast time away so that it "would" work like it did on live.
