Thanks man, was actually looking for you to ask about that, ended up asking a lot of other shams and no one had a clue, lol.

Does slowing yourself make you proc more, conversely?

Its on a per minute basis, perhaps with modifiers for different weapons. Slowing yourself would increase the chance since you are hitting less per minute, but if its effective in that right I'm not sure.

What is more effective as a shaman is casting JBB with auto attack on, as that cast time is factored into when you have auto attack on, so a lot of the times you will hit with the JBB and then instantly proc after on the swing you get. I think thats the most effective way to do it, given that you have the bracer.
