New to emulators, PVP rules?

Hi, im an on school EQ player who played on the race PVP server and loved it, im really hoping the P99 PVP server is race PVP? *crosses fingers*

if not, what are the rules and loot mechanics etc?

No race war. Its coin loot only pvp.

The level range seems to be +-6 levels.

+/- 6 21-39.
+/- 8 40-50.
