NPC Spawn Issue: a sleeping ogre

a sleeping ogre in mines of nurga for monk epic is suppose to be 3 hour spawn timer, maybe even less. As of now he isn't spawning for 24 hours or more. Any information on what the spawn time is on this server?

Okay, so his spawn time is set for 3 hours.

I think he might have fallen through the world when he spawned. Adding something to his script for next patch.

As mentioned, the Sleeping Ogre has a respawn of approx 3 hrs, but has been reported that he can spawn 'under the world' - where a petition can force a repop of the zone from a guide or GM.
