Quest Issue: Jaeil the Wretched - Ranger Epic

Jaeil currently cons indiff no matter what you use...
Jaeil should con dubious as you need to use sneak to get him indifferent in order to hand in the bowl...

Now head to The Hole which is a zone adjacent to Paineel. Find Jaeil the Wretched (level 50). Use Sneak and then go behind Jaeil and give him the Shiny Tin Bowl. Make sure you have a raid party in the room ready for battle. He will scream at himself and then Jaeil the Insane will spawn.

Also apparently he is NOT to despawn when giving bowl...

Actually he doesn't despawn, Jaeil the Insane just spawns on top of him, so as many Ranger's can do this part as you need with no waiting.
