Miscellaneous: [epic]Black Fur Boots

Just got my Black Fur Boots and discovered that I could cast SoW on other people with those.

From what I remember, those boots would cast a self only SoW instantly, but I got my boots in the velious era on live.
The oldest post confirming what I'm saying that I found is date of Dec 4th 2001 :

I also didn't find any patch saying that they nerfed the boots from castable on everyone to self only, so I assume that's how they should work as of today.
