NPC Spawn Issue: Ancient Croc not spawning on Blue

I've been at the camp for about 90 minutes now and nary a croc has spawned. There were no crocs up when I got here, so I'm assuming the issue has gone on longer than that.

You may petition in game if the ancient croc breaks. There is a script in place for guides to use to reset it.

Next patch, there is additional support being added which will hopefully permanently correctly the issue.
